HOLY YOGIS & YOGINS,
pass by on SATURDAY mornings from 5.30-8 am to practice KUNDALINI YOGA with our community in KREUZBERG YOGA. Within 2.5 hours we exercise our body and mind. Through 1.5 hours of beautiful meditations (prayers) we further align and elevate our spiritual & physical bodies. The first prayer 🙏🏼 to start our SADHANA (yogic practice), is the chanting of the JABJI SAHIB, one of the basic holy prayers in Sikh tradition.
On PRAYER 🙏🏼 .
Prayer can take a variety of forms. Generally there is not a big difference between prayer and meditation. Through the creation of uttered or silent sound by chanting (brain waves also have frequencies) 🌊, an intention ( inner tent action) is recited and thus manifested in space. Every word is a MANTRA, a realization of sound waves in space. Thus, chanted words are holy, they are strong instruments to calm down the mind and direct thoughts towards a positive (or negative) purpose. Throughout prayer, one may have different goals like thanksgiving, worshipping or praising deities, spirits, ancestry or nature. You may define your own prayer, seek for an individual ceremony and rules of conduct or just express and repeat individual set intentions, goals or sacred contents.
