Our group got yoga everyday, sometimes indoors and sometimes outdoors. Everyday carries a theme. We meditate twice daily. And @ulricanorberg, our yogamaster designs the practice after the setting, that daily hike, what the momemnt brings and guide the participants on a yogic journey throughout the path. These guys got yinyoga, vinyasa, ishtayoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, pranayama, meditation, satsangs, philosophy, ayurveda, kriya yoga, mantras and many hours in a spectacular nature. Hard to beat.
