*Test Group Results* (21 Days).
So if you follow me, you know that over the last 21 days I've been on a strict meal plan, and on a ramp up workout program. It's been AMAZING, these pictures don't tell the whole story...
First off, I lost 3.4lbs in 21 days (3 weeks), which to me is pretty amazing since I've been at this particular plateau for like MONTHS! (1-2lbs a week is a healthy loss! Especially bc I gained some muscle. .
Also, I have gained so much muscle in my legs, it's hard to see in these pics, but my quads are crazy! I'm started to finally get some ab definition! Plus my arms have lost a lot of weight, and gotten so much definition. (I wish I did a before flex pic to compare, bc that would be crazy!).
I'm very happy with the results, I'm moving into phase 2 today, which I'm not going to be as strict on eating, and the workouts will still be intense, but now I feel more comfortable, I've picked up my speed and increased my weights so I'm going to see more results for sure. .
This program officially launched a few days ago and I have a few clients that just started, if you want more details please let me know. (This isn't an entry program-although I can find one for you for that) It will require 2 sets of weights..
