Back side 3 months progress! 😂 So proud of the changes I see so far 💪🏼 As always, much more work to be done but celebrating how far I have come!
As you can see, I still have cellulite! From my understanding, if I continue with my training and healthy diet; this will disappear with time. The hardest thing with losing weight/gaining muscle is the waiting around to see progress! For anyone else who is wanting to change their lifestyle to become healthier, fitter, stronger: Don't let he slow progress discourage you!
