‘And don’t think the garden loses its ecstasy in Winter. It’s quiet, but the roots are down there riotous’. Rumi
Winter is typically the season associated with rest. Mother Earth is enveloped in coolness and darkness, reflecting the energy of yin – slowing down and turning inward. Our desire to move wavers as conditions around us become less inviting, and energetically the physical body begins to stagnate.
Sunday night Restore embraces Winter’s nurturing qualities through a series of traditional Restorative Yoga postures, designed to gently replenish and revitalise energy stores. The practice embraces stillness, creating the perfect conditions for relaxation and healing to take place.
Bookings essential via website. Sunday 22 July, 5pm – 6pm.
