Here are 2 mindsets that every elite athlete has... Mindset One: The small things add up and make a big difference. Whether it's skipping a meal, not having a good post-training regimen in place or not giving your body time to recover, all those "little" things start to add up and make a big difference and affect the result you get.
Mindset Two: Consistency is key. Anyone can train hard for a day, a week, a month or for three months, but elite athletes are consistent day after day, week after week, month after month and year after year. If you want to be great at something you're going to have to be consistent for the long term. There are no shortcuts to greatness!
I know those two mindsets sound obvious, but time and time again I hear athletes say they are having a tough time taking their athleticism to the next level.
