Peep my new muji mechanical pencil with a rubber grip! I love how smoothly it writes and the grip provides some extra comfort for all-day writing! I'm 6 weeks away and I'm trying not to lose my sanity 😬 Here are some tips I follow when I start to get overwhelmed:
1 - Stay active by taking a class or working out on my own
2 - Take frequent breaks when studying, I try to avoid burn out as much as possible
3 - Eat healthy, eat healthy, eat healthy. It's so easy to reach for salty and/or sweet snacks but I try to find substitutes such as chocolate covered nuts/fruit, trail mix, or granola bars
4 - Stay hydrated
5 - Do one de-stressing activity of my choice at the end of the day, whether that's watching an episode of a tv show, reading a book or online shopping 😛
