Like girl how many times before have you told yourself you're going to start something and then did it for just like a hot second before finding some reason to quit🙄🤷🏽♀️. Got bored? didn't see the point? had an emotional breakdown and needed ALLL the food then couldn't bring yourself back from that point??. I remember I told myself I will make it through #BBG at least ONE TIME without quitting 😂. the farthest I made it was six weeks into the program 🙈🙈. I've tried FOUR times now. Bahahaha literally have had the program since it first came out YEARS ago. no offense to that program. I LOVE it. But only for the first like week. Haha for me things have to be made FUN and I actually have to look forward to it in order for me to stick to it. Thankfully I finally found what works for me and now I've committed to myself. I'm trying to pass that same gift along to you.
