3 months ago we stated to do deadlift.
Until then we were doing romanian deadlift.
And when you have been doing something 4 years... learning to do new thing may take some time.

Today I took a extra Gym Time to practice.
Last two clips are from our first deadlift 3 months ago and last week.
Last week there was 140 kg and it's the heaviest I have ever lifted.
BUT
it doesn't count cos it wasn't right.
If I keep lifting like that I most likely just break myself.

My favourite way to work upper-body is the giant set the hell out of push-pull movements. Here, for example I'm doing a giant set of bench press and rows. I usually include a core variation in between as well.

It helps me keep a strength balance in opposite muscle groups, as well as get shit done quickly.

When I repped this for 10 on the AMRAP, I felt a little disappointed, a little weaker than I usually am perhaps. But then when I look at the footage, I realise it's just that I have really bad conditioning. #squats #reps #repsforjesus

Moving ahead with the Mobility aspect, the "FRONT RACKED BACK SQUAT" will tremendously challenge your mobility.
Holding the weight in a front racked position behind your neck puts an immense load on shoulders, elbows and wrists, as it tests the joints range and strength to counteract the weight loaded on your back.
Furthermore the core muscles play their part in keeping the trunk upright.
A thorough warmup and mobilization of joints is crucially important if loading the barbell with weights.
Give it a shot to test and enhance your upper body mobility as it's easy to be just strong or mobile........ But takes a lot to build that strength with full ROM(range of motion). 💪
