Come on a contemplative inner journey to release tension, access your inner wisdom and renew energy.
This 4-week course is designed to take you on an introspective and burgeoning journey. You will connect deeply with your body, releasing tightness. You will cultivate body and mind awareness in order to develop clarity and tap into your inner wisdom. You will nourish spring energy to renew yourself and blossom into the new season.
You will also receive journaling prompts every week to help you reflect, deepen your practice, and create what your heart desires.
Yin Yoga is a slow yoga practice based on the Taoist concept of yin and yang, opposite and complementary elements. It targets deep connective tissue (fascia, ligaments) and activate the chi in the body. It is a meditative practice, with longer-held postures, to help us develop mind and body awareness, and to nurture the calm and quiet space within.
This course is suitable for beginners and practitioners who wish to discover yin yoga and reap the benefits of an inward-looking practice. It is ideal if you fell tired, stressed, over-stimulated or if you want to slow down. The small group size will allow for personalized and individual attention.
