Oh my hubby would love this one!


2 oz Hillshire Lite Smoked Sausage (1/3 Lean)
4.5 oz Shrimp, cooked or 4 oz Chicken, cooked (2/3 Lean)
1/4 cup Green Peppers, chopped (1/2 Green)
1/4 cup Celery, chopped (1/2 Green)
1 cup Canned, Diced Tomatoes - less than 5 g carbs per serving (2 Greens)
1/4 cup Water
1/4 tsp Paprika (1/2 Condiment)
1/4 tsp Oregano (1/4 Condiment)
1/4 tsp Thyme ( 1/4 Condiment)
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt (1 Condiment)
Hot Sauce to taste
1 tsp Olive oil - I added this since I used shrimp and it needs a healthy fat (1 Healthy Fat)
*You could also do 3 oz of chicken and 3.5 oz shrimp which Nutrition Support recommends over sausage

Saute green peppers and celery in olive oil until tender. Add tomatoes, water, and spices. Cook until most of the liquid is boiled off. Stir in shrimp and sausage. Heat thoroughly.

A little late for tonight’s dinner but this is an easy one for those days you have no idea... This is one of my favorite simple recipes with just two ingredients! You heard right! Just two ingredients! Salsa and chicken! Throw it in the crock pot and shred when done! Use the leftovers for salads, pizzas, the main dish with veggies or even stuffed in bell peppers! I served it with roasted sweet bell peppers!

36 ounces raw chicken breasts (4 Leans)
3/4 cup salsa (12 Condiments)

Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or 4 hours on HIGH

4 servings (6 ounces cooked) with 1 Lean and 3 Condiments per serving

Chicken requires 1 Healthy Fat so 1 1/2 ounces of avocado or 2 tbsp of guacamole or 2 tbsp sour cream are great choices!

This is a powerful visual tool of how to decipher real hunger from emotional hunger. 🤔

I know a lot of people who are living with Sleep Apnea and I want to encourage you tonight.

Here's Jamil's story.... He's gone from having significant medical issues to leading people all across the country to get healthy! I'm so proud to partner with him to assist others! "Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). Heard about it? Here I was at the beginning of March 2012. I was about 212lbs in this picture. This was about a month before I started my health program which got me down to 171 in 6 weeks. This diagnostic test would basically tell me how many times I stopped breathing while sleeping. My doctor had me go because I was ALWAYS tired, irritable, didn't sleep well, and snored...(very loud). OSA can cause High Blood pressure, sudden Heart Attack, even Strokes! If I had OSA I would have had to wear a mask to bed every night called a CPAP to keep my airway open. At the time losing weight was too hard for me to do so I settled on the idea of doing this 2 night study and wearing a big ass device on my face. It's amazing to me the money we'll spend on drugs, medications and diagnostic procedures but complain about cost to buy healthy foods. I'm a husband and have a child but still made so many excuses. It's funny to think about now. I'm so grateful to this program, my support team and my struggles. My favorite quote is by Jim Rohn - "If you will change, everything will change for you." Change the way you think, your future self is counting on you"
