Eating healthily and properly throughout the week is one of the most important things to keep you productive in life. .
However, in busy lives it is easily forgotten and bad food choices are made due to them being quick and easy such as fast food restaurants, junk food in the nearest supermarket and the cakes and biscuits on the side at the office.
But, these poor choices result in a sugar crash, more tiredness and prevent you from a good night’s sleep which stop you from being productive at work and in life and will make you feel sluggish and moody!
To conquer the quick and ineffective food choices, try prepping your lunch and snacks the night before and perhaps prep for days in advance. a healthy lunch could include:
Unsalted nuts such as cashews, walnuts, Brazil nuts,
Chilli (maybe from the night before),
These choices will keep your blood sugars level, supply with more energy and keep you fuller for longer which means you are less likely to binge on junk food in the day and later on in the night.
