Here is one of my memories from last year almost a ago getting ready for my wedding to marry my gorgeous school friend and Husband. It was a day full of love and we had all our special friends from the world with us to celebrate, regardless of the challenges I was facing having no hair, fighting cancer & on my second chemotherapy.
.

Are you rushing around all the time?
.
Full on diary lots of commitments, so many things to do.
.
The to do list never stops. Yip it’s true.
.
But guess what you have a CHOICE❣️
.
Well my recommendation is to:
.
🌟Relax and have self care and self love
.
🌟Schedule 15 minutes of me time everyday
.
🌟Have a screen free Sunday, I read we check our phones 221 times per day, according to one study.
Once a week, love your day offline.
.
🌟Keep a gratitude journal
.
🌟Practice stillness, ideally for at least 5 minutes
.
🌟Eat one meal a day a a table
.
🌟Be present with loved ones, even yourself, great book to read is Presence my Amy Cuddy.
.

Self-Health NUTRITION & Health & Lifestyle 🍒🍏🍎

Eating healthily and properly throughout the week is one of the most important things to keep you productive in life. .
However, in busy lives it is easily forgotten and bad food choices are made due to them being quick and easy such as fast food restaurants, junk food in the nearest supermarket and the cakes and biscuits on the side at the office.
.
But, these poor choices result in a sugar crash, more tiredness and prevent you from a good night’s sleep which stop you from being productive at work and in life and will make you feel sluggish and moody!
.
To conquer the quick and ineffective food choices, try prepping your lunch and snacks the night before and perhaps prep for days in advance. a healthy lunch could include:
chicken,
rice,
vegetables,
wholemeal wraps,
Unsalted nuts such as cashews, walnuts, Brazil nuts,
Chilli (maybe from the night before),
Sweet potato,
Fish
.
These choices will keep your blood sugars level, supply with more energy and keep you fuller for longer which means you are less likely to binge on junk food in the day and later on in the night.
.
Nutrition is plays a significant role in productivity, happiness, healthiness, and looking good and feeling good!
.

‘SELF CARE’ 💛

Care of self and to know thyself are fundamental principles regarding the healthy relationship we have with ourselves and others.

💛 INTRODUCING 💛 This is @eleni.kirby who works in @kiki.kirby.coaching as my Coaching Assistant. She has been in the business for almost 2 years. I appreciate and I am grateful for her and all she does.
.
Eleni is responsible for the administration, marketing, organisation, taxi driver, walks the dogs and so many other things in business. 🙌🏼 amongst these jobs she is also is an amazing Mumma to Sophie who is 5!
.
During my cancer journey the last year she ran the business, was my carer and took me to my treatments along side my husband and organised the rest of my wedding in September last year!
.
Amazing she is wouldn’t you agree? 👍🏻
.
Oh and did I mention we are sisters. When we both had long hair people thought we were twins 🤦🏻‍♀️🙆🏻‍♀️
