It starts on June 13th, Tuesday nights at Point Chev Community Center.
We'll learn about mindfulness meditation, how to manage stress and let go of negative and anxious thinking. The course will help you to develop a meditation practice and bring more joy and calm into your everyday life.
The 4 week course is $200 and all proceeds support our work with marginalised youth.
