Sunday off from work today. This morning I trained chest and shoulders with high volume and 30 mins of cardio to complete the session. Now I'm chilling at home, surfing the internet to constantly update on everything that concerns workout and nutrition. Periodically I try to enjoy these moments, although lately they are getting more and more rare because of the many commitments. Obviously, everything is always under the strict control of my beloved darling😀 😻
