I failed in my sub 4 attempt, but still break my Personal Best anyway.
Slight rain since the start, wet shoes along the race, cold weather in high humidity, boost by some Indonesian people cheering. I still can manage a good pace until KM 35 but dropped after that. Felt like out of breath and I wasn't trying to push myself, just walked and even stopped to calm down.
Credit to @fitnessfirst_id which provide a great support of indoor training to improve outdoor performance and @rejuveid which provide their amazing healthy cold-pressed juice, nut milk, and many more during my training.
And also many thanks to the support from all of you who can't be mentioned here.
