I didn't realize I was chronically dehydrated. Is that even a thing? I knew I wasn't drinking enough water. I tried so many tricks to drink more: mint water, iced water, cold water, straw cup, lidded cup, etc etc. So often, I'd sit down at dinner and realize I hadn't had a full glass of water all day.
Then I joined in the #last90days challenge with Rachel Hollis: Live the last 90 days of the year as intentionally as most people live the first 90 days. I was already doing most of the habits anyway, so I joined a week into it.
One of the five daily things is to drink half your body weight in ounces of water. Do the math. Figure out how many glasses that would be for you. I had no idea I was so dehydrated. I feel so much better now! I have energy! And I'm more clear-headed. And I've given up coffee! The first few days were HARD, but from this side it is totally worth it. I feel good! My health is worth it. So, cheers!
