Sprouted tofu, black beans, zucchini, onion, garlic all sautéed with olive oil, cumin, cayenne, s&p, and served alongside quinoa, avocado, "spicy mayo" (siracha+mayo), tomato salsa & the last of @carashealthycravings almond ricotta.
A #vegan (if sans mayo) / #vegetarian dinner with loads of complete amino acid protein, healthy fats, filling fiber, & a range of scrumptious flavours, leaving your tummy full & satisfied with how you just fueled your body!
