Within a few weeks of dedicating 15-20 minutes per day, you can achieve healthier, more youthful, and glowing skin. Yoga helps push out toxins, relieve stress (which creates a lackluster tired face), and promotes firmer skin (less wrinkles!!!!). 🎉🎉 Here are a few easy poses to start your yoga journey. *Bharadvaja’s twist- Great for neck pain and your digestive system which in turn helps with healthy, glowing skin. *Triangle Pose-Helps create a rejuvenated, refreshed look by supplying more oxygen to the skin. *Cobra Pose-Stress reducing and relaxing while also supplying more oxygen to the skin. *Camel Pose- Great for stress relief and hormone balance. If you have any major acne breakouts, this pose is really good! *The Wind Relieving Pose😳- Great for improving digestion and bloating. Both can then in turn improve any acne problems.
