#adayinmymeals on a little re-feed at 1600-1800 maintenance calories for date night with hubby. Pre-planned my dinner & planned the rest of my day around it. .
Meal 1- Scrambled 🥚 whites , veg & 😂 🐄 🧀
Meal 2- 🍋 & 🌿 🐟 with a huge 🥗
Meal 3- Fillet 🥩 , spinach, butternut , chakalaka & half a bottle red 🍷 (restaurant)
Snacks - @numesakefir 🥛 & 1/2 caring candies 🍫 .
Fasted till midday & Kept my other meals very nutrients dense & lean to make up for a higher calories dinner & 🍷 .

Not going to lie...I almost used this severely bruised finger as my excuse.

Instead I modified and lightened up on my weights so I know I could handle them with my finger splited.

There seems to be a misconception about when or how to have a #refeedday or #refeedmeal.

People think that if you are #cleaneating for a day, 3 days or 5 days or even a week, you are entitled to a treat.

If you are eating the correct clean #macro for what you are trying to achieve then, then you will have the nutrients etc and not crave for anything.
This #refeed meal was the last meal of 30 says of #cleaneating, so on average of 6 meals per day, I wasn't entitled to a #refeed meal or #cheatday until I had paid my dues.

Earn your #refeed meal and choose wisely what you want to spend your hard earnt dues on.
