Also me: dissects entire pint of @eatenlightened chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream at 10pm to count how many cookie dough chunks are in a pint.
Results of my findings: there are 10 chunks of cookie dough in one pint.

I know, I suck at making pancakes look pretty, you don't have to tell me twice 😂BUT GUYS I AM LESS THAN 8 WEEKS OUT AND EATING PANCAKES 🥞 thankfully it is refeed day so my carbs are twice as much as they usually are. But @kodiakcakes saved the day and made my breakfast so much better. For both the pancakes and egg whites, the macros aren't bad whatsoever. 27.5g protein, 41g carbs, and 10.5g fat. Ingredients (for the pancakes): 1/2 cup of crunchy peanut butter @kodiakcakes pancake mix, 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 egg, and 1/4 scoop of my @1stphorm Ignition (quick carb). Un día REFEED es aquel en el que subimos los CARBOHIDRATOS mucho más que el resto de la semana. Es ideal para PERDER GRASA y hacer tu etapa de DEFICINIÓN lo más llevadera posible, esto es: no tener tanta hambre durante el día y sentirte con más energía en el gimnasio.
