I posted this FDOE from my first refeed on my story the other day but figured I’d post it in case you missed it / need meal ideas!
To preface this, on a refeed day my carbs bump up a lot so most of these meals are higher carb and geared more towards someone in a bulking phase (or for a refeed day on a cut like me). However, all of these meals can be tweaked to be lower carb (for example, swapping out rice for cauliflower rice 🍚)
✖️MEAL 1: Big bowl of oats! (this is actually my go to breakfast/preworkout meal most days whether it’s a refeed day or not)
Deets: Quick oats, 1 egg white, @uni Chocolate PB Protein, cinnamon, almond milk. Topped with PB2, banana, honey PB 😋
✖️MEAL 2: Post-workout rice bowl. Kept it simple and made sure I was getting carbs and protein post lift and low fat.
Deets: Basmati Rice, Asparagus, Chicken
✖️MEAL 3: Snack time (yes I’m a child and love cereal)
Deets: Cacao Rice Cereal, Almond Milk, Banana🍌
✖️MEAL 4: Breakfast for dinner!!
Part 1: Egg Whites, 2 Low Fat Pork Sausages
Part 2: Pumpkin Protein Pancakes using Unico Cinnamon Roll Protein. Topped with banana and Walden Farms syrup 🥞
✖️MEAL 5: Macro cap!
Deets: 2 servings of PB Cup Halo Top topped with dark chocolate and honey PB 🍦
Is this what every day of eating looks like? Nope! I usually consume more veggies and focus on getting more of my protein from sources like chicken and lean ground turkey but I wanted to have a little fun with my refeed day!
