Day 2 of my diet break! I started my 10 day diet break yesterday as I'm currently 12 weeks into my cut 😊
My macros are 10% of my usual maintenance to account for metabolic drop. I'll be working out 4-5x a week with minimal cardio. This diet break will bring my hormones like thyroid, leptin back up, increase my metabolism and make it easier for the weight/fat to come up when I resume my cut 😄 My macros for the diet break are 101P 267C and 35F but if I want more carbs or fat, I'll have it. Not a biggie if I go over but I'll try not to eat less than that 😊 Can't wait for the next 9 days! Bring on the carbs!
