1 scoop protein powder
2.5 Tbsp Chia seeds

1)Stand on light resistance band and get into front rack position 2)Press overhead 3)Slowly return to starting position 4)Perform 3 sets of 12-15 reps

Lat pull downs are great accessory work for developing pull ups and muscle ups. You can use it as strict accessory work for developing your lats, or superset it with pull ups for extra burn.
