Golfers elbow rehab part 3 of 3

Medial epicondylitis, also known as golfers elbow is a common injury that can cause a lot of pain. It presents as pain on the medial (inside) part of the elbow and can lead to many problems and pain. Rehab can be a slow process but is very tangible.
Initial rehab consists of icing and rest, followed by stretching and then finally strengthening.
This is another strengthening (late stage rehab) exercise for medial epicondylitis. Be sure you are cleared for strength work prior to using this if you have golfers elbow.
1)Grab very light weight (3-5lbs) 2)Stand with elbow at side and forearm 90 degrees to the floor 3)While holding weight in fist rotate palm toward floor and then toward roof 4)Perform 2-3 sets 8-10 reps

Here it is! 75 was my last achieved 1RM on June 1 or 2. You can see the video where I attempted 80 the same day and failed hard several times. Last night I just kept going up by 2.5lbs from 75 to 87.5. I didn't like the 80, so I redid it and I failed my first attempt at 85, but the second one went up easy. I wish I didn't run out of time! Everything was just clicking and I think I could have kept going into the early 90s. Oh well! Next time. I really focused on form and my movement, and ignored the weight on the bar.
