RIGHT: Hip contact makes the bar accelerate faster right after contact- giving you time to pull under as the bar is still accelerating UP. LEFT: Thigh snatchers don't fully stretch the hamstrings & they end up in a longer, slower extension. They pull under when the bar is starting to come back down on them.
