Based on your feedback friends, we’re excited to welcome geese, quails and new condiments to our 2018 Christmas Menu!
We’re working with geese producers @ugoose.aus for our geese this year. From their farm in Llangothlin, NSW the geese are raised in accordance with organic principles and live beyond free-range. They’re bigger and bolder than chicken so they’ll be able to feed a larger family around the table.
One the other end of the poultry size chart are quails from @eugowragambirds pasture raised only during certain seasons of the year. These birds are suited to one per person, delicate and gamey they’re such a delicious addition to a family dinner.
House-made condiments including our Persian Ham Glaze, Cranberry Sauce, Red Wine Jus, our Mum’s Christmas stuffing made using certified organic spelt bread crumbs.
