Italian salsa verde served over burrata.
Fellow cheese lovers, there aren’t even words…it’s so dang tasty.
@rusticjoyfulfood served this up last weekend when I was in Seattle at the #rjfsummerworkshop sponsored by @krogerco and it brought me back to the year I lived in Italy. It’s literally heaven in the form of cheese.
For the Italian salsa verde, pulse capers, red onions, garlic, flat leaf parsley, lemon juice, salt & pepper, @mccormickspice roasted garlic and herb seasoning in a food processor. Then add olive oil. Top burrata with the salsa verde and finish it off with pine nuts. ✨
