They're Cookin up! Combine Ground Grass fed pork, grass fed veal, grass fed sirloin together in a mixing bowl. Add 3 Eggs and 8 ounces of grated Parmesan cheese. Chop up your fresh clove garlic and onions and sauté. Add Italian breadcrumbs. Salt-and-pepper to taste. Sauté in 6oz's of olive oil the meatballs, that you've made into proximately 2 to 2 1/2 inch size balls with olive oil. Once browned on each side drain and add to your wonderful marinara sauce.
