I’ll break down my workout for any of you shits who care to find out. -plate loaded chest press, pyramid - 20 reps no plates, 15 reps 2 plates, 10 reps 3 plates, 2x8 reps 4 plates - dumbbell flat press, as I’m warmed up no need for many warm up sets. 1x 10 reps 50kg, 3x 8 reps 55kg -incline dumbbell flyes, 10 reps 1x 30kg, 3x 8 reps 40kg -pec fly machine, 8 reps 1x 59kg warmup, 8 reps 3x 94kg -super incline dumbbell flyes, 8 reps 4x 20kg
