As I embark on this 80 day journey there have been a lot of doubts going into it. All of which have totally taken the backseat now that I’m getting into the workouts and on day 3 of timed nutrition.
What I’ve found so far is that I LIKE being told what food groups to eat and at what time. A lot of my stress previously was surrounding meal planning. It felt like it took me forever to organize what I was going to eat for the week, which often led to just winging it. Often times that didn’t work out too well. I wouldn’t eat enough during the day and I’d come home STARVING and eat everything in sight and snack all night too! So far, this is completely under control and I’m feeling full and satisfied all day long!
The longer workouts don’t feel any longer. And waking up earlier has made my mornings really smooth and forced me to get back into my bedtime routine which has helped my sleep immensely!
Everything I feared has turned out to be what I LOVE about this program and my new routine! Just goes to show that you should not let FEAR dictate your choices! Some of the best experiences and rewards in life come from doing things we are uncomfortable doing!
So here’s to the next 77 days of this program! And just because I’m on day 3 doesn’t mean you can’t do it with me! If you wanna try this with me, or any other program we have to offer, my group will be running for a straight 80 days and we will be welcoming new challengers at any point during that time!
