▪️Cable rows for lats(not upper back)
•During rows, once your elbows pass your body, your lats can only pull the arm around your body towards your spine. So imagine a bullseye at the base of your spine, and if the goal is huge lats, finish trying to hit that target with your elbows, not driving them as far back behind you as possible.
