Keep it real people!! Not fat free, sugar free, calorie-wise, calorie free etc.... look for less ingredients as possible. Let's begin with snacks. Most of your snacks should be 1 ingredient items. 2 dill pickles, 3/4 oz of old or raw cheese, fruit, vegetables or nuts. Keep it simple.
OMG! I am working on putting together a recipe rehab e-book where I will provide healtheir versions of some favorite comfort foods. Last week I had asked for some of the meals you'd like to put through rehab! I tested a favorite of mine last night! Potato soup! 🍲
The WHOLE family loved this one. My 2-year-old, 8-month-old ate it right up. AND my non-veggie eatting boyfriend liked it soo much he got seconds AFTER he learned it had carrots hidden in it! 😉 BONUS: It's a crockpot recipe!! AND compared to a regular bowl of creamy delicious potato soup (approx 300 calories) this one has less than 100 calories/serving.

❤️I can't believe we are in August!!! Today is a big day for me and my fiancé, we are back in the gym after over 2 weeks off! Today marks 200 days until we get married, which also means longer and harder workouts plus super clean eating! What is your favorite clean eating recipe? I'm looking for inspiration!
