Current bulking tings. -
Weight seems to have stalled the last few days, therefore we implement a very slight caloric increase.
Currently in the region of about a .75% of total body weight gain a month, so very happy with the rate at which I’m gaining, as I’m mitigating fat gain whilst still in a surplus.
Today’s session was a bit of legs and back, emphasis on strength.
Sumo deads 5x2 (managed 155kg boi)
Front squats 4x4
Ham curls 3x8
Neutral grip pull ups 4x4
Pendlay rows 4x6
Incline bench Db shrugs ss standing Db shrugs 4x5-8
Weighted crunch ss hanging leg raises 5x8-10(only 3 sets of leg raises)
Cable Wood chops low to high 3x9-9 drop sets
Calves 5x5-8 double rest pause gastrocnemius emphasis -
