These are my results from doing 2 months of the program. I have to honestly say, my nutrition sucked, not because I ate poorly, but because I missed so many meals in both rounds. Absolutely loved the program, and will do better on the meal plan next round. Bare in mind on my first day of this program, I was just coming off of bulking with Body Beast, that's a 2000 calorie diet, to a 1500 calorie diet for this program.
One thing for sure, I didn't lose any muscle mass, and my strength has improved tremendously, even though I wasn't lifting.
It's not impossible to get results, if you put out the effort. I never did an MMA/Boxing type workout before, but I did put my all into the workouts everyday! I can't imagine what my results would have been, if I was eating my meals the way I should.
