So >t.h.i.s< happened yesterday...I wasn’t going to post about my weakness, but I feel if can help even one person find relief it’s worth the embarrassment 😕
I opened my phone after work to find this random picture, I’m not sure how because I didn’t intentionally take it, but I know the exact moment it was taken in...while I was hiding in my truck in the parking lot at work.
It’s been a while since I’ve felt these (once daily) physical reactions so strongly...all at once...overwhelming me.
•worry•nervousness•restlessness•tension•dread•dry mouth•heavy chest•pressure•
•My heart was racing, I couldn’t catch my breath...
•Then came the shaking and difficulty focusing , I wasn’t thinking clearly about anything other than my panic.
I know many people aren’t on board with natural wellness products, but what I want to say to you, is I believe this little green bottle has helped me reclaim my life!
I’m thankful and so blessed to have found relief from these attacks along with the restless sleep that was keeping me up as a result of such crazy stress.
As soon as I drop the oil in my palms, rub them together, cup my hands over my nose and inhale deeply 3 times...then rub it on the back of my neck and down my spine...I feel a peaceful sense of grounding and comfort.
The key oil for me is the 💙Blue Tansy💙 which is found in the Young Living blend “Peace and Calming”
According to an aromatherapy site:
🌱Blue Tansy has sedating properties and may be helpful for those suffering from excessive stress, tension, irritability, anger, hysteria and worry.
🌱On a subtle level it may be helpful in reducing oversensitivity, emotional frustration and help to curb impulsive behaviour. It can help one to “go with the flow” and be more flexible when dealing with chaos or rapidly changing situations.
Health Canada recognizes Young Living “Peace and Calming” as a Natural Health Product to act as a nervine and calmative which enhances relaxation.
