Give me all the fall flavors!! Anyone else crazy for all the fall produce??

If you watched my stories you saw me add everything but the kitchen sink to this butternut squash soup! Did I have a recipe? Nope- in my head! 😉 here's what I added to a big pot-

•1 medium butternut squash •2 pounds of carrots
•1 onion
•5 garlic cloves(hello fresh breath!)
•1 honey crisp apple
•1 inch fresh ginger
•4 cups bone broth(just cover all the veggies)
•Thyme

Let it come to a boil and then turn it on low for 20 min. And then turn the heat off and put on the lid. Once everything is tender I use my immersion blender and blend it all together.

It tastes so good! If fall was a soup this would be it! What kind of soup do you like making once the weather starts to get chilly??

Bolo de Banana e Alfarroba 🍩 ▪️150g de flocos de aveia
▪️150g de farinha de alfarroba ▪️3 ovos
▪️6 bananas
▪️3 iogurtes naturais 👉🏼Juntar os 3 ovos e os flocos de aveia e misturar. De seguida, esmagar as bananas com um garfo e adicionar ao preparado anterior. Por último, adicionar os iogurtes e a farinha de Alfarroba. Para dar Toping crocante, adicionar sementes de sésamo. 👉🏼Forno a 170º durante 20 minutos.

I can’t believe I let myself get this bad. I can’t believe that I waited so long to make drastic changes in my lifestyle. Now THIS is a good lunch, if we do say so ourselves. The subtle warmth of the chilli, mixed with the sweet beetroot & toasted nuts makes a taste filled Autumn salad. Want to know how to make it? Read on!

ROASTED CHILLI SQUASH AND MIXED NUT SALAD
Ingredients: Oil, Canterbury Wholefoods Chilli flakes, Butternut Squash, Rocket, Parsley, Beetroot, Cucumber, Cashews, Pine Nuts, Sunflower Seeds and Pumpkin Seeds. • Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees, and get a baking tray with Olive Oil/Rapeseed Oil as preferred nice and hot. • Wash your squash, but don’t peel. Dice into generous chunks. • Place into the heated oil; add a pinch of salt and a large pinch of dried chilli flakes. • Roast in the oven for 35-40 mins. • Whilst Squash is cooking, prepare your salad. • Layer leaves of Rocket, Parsley, Cucumber and Beetroot on your serving dish. • In a dry frying pan, add the cashews, Pine Nuts, Sunflower Seeds and Pumpkin Seeds and heat for around 5 mins, until the nuts are brown and the seeds begin to pop. • Add the Squash to your salad when cooled and the nuts straight away. • Crumbled Feta cheese over this tastes great if you eat dairy.
• Also serve with San Amvrosia Houmous.

We came up with an idea. Hopefully it turns out for the best.

Hambúrgueres de Atum 🐟🐟 Quando existe promoção de latas de atum ao natural, e tens de arranjar uma forma de as escoar de casa... Aqui fica uma opção prática e fácil para levar na marmita ⤵️ Ingredientes:
• 3 latas atum ao natural 🐟
• 3 ovos
• 3 cebolas pequenas
• 1 lata cogumelos 🍄 • 3 colheres de sopa de sementes de sésamo
• 6 colheres de sopa de flocos de aveia
• Salsa 🍃
• 1 fatia queijo flamengo magro

Juntar todos os ingredientes numa liquidificadora e levar a uma frigideira anti-aderente. Fazer pequenas formas de hambúrguer com a ajuda de uma colher. ✅
Deu para a quantidade astronômica de 16 Hamburguers, mas ouvi dizer que há 2 atletas cá em casa que também não comem pouco 🙊🙉 Para reduzir a quantidade, é só reduzir as proporções.
