I know life happens and sometimes you just don't have the time or energy to workout or eat right. This week was a solid reminder that diet can make or break those bad weeks. If you dont have time to workout, for the love of GOD make sure you eat well. It just compounds the issue. What you consume is even more important than the workout. I'd say it's a solid 60/40 split, if not 70/30. Each exercise, go forward and then go in reverse. 1 min forward 1 min backward 1 min rest X 3 Found the walking plank quite tough. Be the person you want to be, Not the person you should be!
