Dinner tonight was an obligatory friend dinner. Knowing that the menu was mostly made of fried chicken (which I don’t like even without trying to be mindful@of@my eating), I filled up on fresh veggies, hummus, salami and almonds before everyone came over. That way I could take small #nothankyouserving s of the potato salad, zucchini bake and banana cream pudding. Being in a room full of people I only see once a year did not keep me from drinking 3 white claw spiked seltzer tho. Oops. #drinkforsocialanxiety #reallife #realeating #accountability

Just woken up feeling different today. Decided I am going to give this body the fuel and food it needs to function well and to get myself where I need to be. So I’m starting with this :- Boiled Eggs x 2 , soldiers with 2 x slices of 400g Wholemeal bread with a sliver of clover light and washed it down with a pint of water 💦 also taken a poor mans berocca (Tesco’s own) to get my vitamin C intake. Feeling Determined. Snickers Cup
the snickers
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
pinch of salt
1 cup dry roasted cashews, roughly chopped
the chocolate 
100 grams dark chocolate, melted

Place the snickers ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine. Spoon into the holes of a mini silicon muffin tray and top each one with a teaspoon of melted chocolate. Place in the freezer to set.

I got a loaf of wild sourdough from @cedelesingapore yesterday and am trying it out with some @barkersofgeraldine jam and @mayversfood Peanut Butter! Topped with chia, flax and pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes and walnuts. Of course, the best would be to make my own!! Salads are a great way to add greens and lots of other veggies to your meal without having a boring plate. I love adding as many colors as possible, since that is the ONLY thing I count on my plate, and topping them with @tessemaes dressing for a simple, delicious, and quick lunch or side. Don't eat a salad because they are low on carbs or calories. Don't eat a salad just because you want to have dessert after. Don't eat a salad to "balance" out the other meals you had for the day. Eat a salad because it is delicious! Eat a salad because your body is craving greens. Eat a salad because it's a quick side to go with your entree of pasta, pizza, chicken, or whatever you are having. Eat a salad because you WANT to, not because you have to!

- 1 silken tofu.
- 2/3 cooked beets.
- Homemade vegetable stock.
- Extra virgin Olive oil.
- Lemon juice.
