I’m hungry, and have determined no it’s not boredom. It’s too early for dinner, and I have already had a little afternoon snack.
It’s better for me to have ready to grab veggies and greens to tide me over than to fill up on junk. But if I were hungry and had to clean/peel/chop all of this stuff? Nope, I’d likely reach for something much more offensive.
FAST food doesn’t just mean junk; it can also mean nourishing food you can assemble quickly!
I make these efforts because I realized I’m worth them, and I’d rather take a little extra time to set myself up for success than leave my choices up to, well, choice. My health can’t take that gamble at this juncture, simple as.’ Success is the sum of all efforts 💕
