Tonight’s dinner is garlic butter parsley fettuccine with grilled asparagus served with a delicious colorful salad and homemade balsamic vinaigrette. To make a simple garlic butter sauce you need three tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic, salt, pepper and garlic powder. It’s light but delicious. Usually I also top with some Parmesan cheese! For the balsamic vinaigrette you need 1/2 cup sugar, 3/4 cup oil, 1/4 cup balsamic and 1 teaspoon of salt.
