Blend: 1/2 cup of frozen mulberry, the same amount of frozen blueberries, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter, 2 dates and 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk. Top with all the goodies you have on hand and enjoy! .

Sipping on this refreshing very green smoothie while playing with the macro mode of my camera under the warm sun ☀️ .

Recipe : Blend 1/2 frozen banana with 1/3 cup of frozen kale, the same amount of frozen pineapple, 1 tsp of matcha, some freshly grated ginger, 1 small lebanese cucumber, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 1 big meejool date, some fresh parsley, 3-4 ice cubes and water until you obtain the desired consistency (3/4 cup usually make it for me). Açai bowl ✖️avocado toast ...Or when your lunch scream 🗣Basic Instagram 😂🤳💁🏼 but hey there is a reason IT IS SIMPLY DELICIOUS 🤤. Even though I like following certain food trend and buying certain product such as açai, I still don't believe that there is such thing as "superfood"...Eat a variety of unprocessed ingredients and then you are going to be on the right track to a super diet that contains all the nutrients you need. No one food contains all the nutrients you need. It's the balance and variety consumed as a part of a healthy diet that is the key (not how much antioxidants or vitamins there is in one single ingredient) 🌿

Todays version:
Açai: blend a pouch of frozen acai (unsweetened) with 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter, 1/2 frozen banana, 2 cubes of frozen mango, 1/3 cup of frozen berries, 3-4 ice cubes and 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk in a high speed blender. Top with pistachios, goji and fresh fruits.

Avocado toast: spread cottage cheese on your favorite slice of bread, top with 1/2 avocado, a sunny side up egg and some fresh dill, herbs, salt and pepper and sesame

Was about to make a lentils soup for lunch but ended up using those lentils to make a smoothie bowl (...yes you heard right 😛). I am a strong believer that you should be more adventurous and taking all of your nutrients from REAL food! This is a good exemple that you can easily achieve your goal if you take the time to read the labels properly. I managed to make a delicious after workout 🤸🏽‍♂️smoothie bowl that contains about 25-30g of proteins, no added sugar, tons of micronutrients and fibers WITHOUT added any protein powder ☝🏼If you would like to try it yourself, here's one of the trillion ways how:

Blend 🌀: 1/4 cup of frozen mangoes, same amount of frozen pineapple, 1/2 a frozen banana, large handful of fresh spinach, 1/4 cup of lentils (canned and rinced), 1/3 cup of skyr plain yogourt, 1 tbsp of chia seed, 1/2 cup of milk (unsweetened) and 3-4 ice cubes. Ohh and I topped my bowl with some fresh figs, kiwi, buckwheat, banana and chia 😋

I have been liking a lot lately this really simple combination of frozen berries with banana, fresh cucumber and nut butter. It is soooo refreshing and the nut butter and banana makes this smoothie extra filling and creamy 🤤 .
Recipe for 1 serving: Blend 1 small cucumber (Lebanese) 🥒 with 1 cup of frozen blueberries, half a frozen banana 🍌, 1 tbsp of nut butter, about 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk and 2-3 ice cubes. It's that easy! .
