Kale Chips in the dehydrator (see my Stories). Raw pizza in my belly!
Pizza Crust was created after falling in love with @thisrawsomeveganlife recipe, after trying sooo many, but needing to modify for myself. Seriously, try @thisrawsomeveganlife's -especially if you easily rock nuts. This my final result that my belly and body say YES to
Spiralize 2 medium zucchinis.
4 roma tomatoes
1/2c dried tomatoes, soaked and drained
2tsp dried Italian herbs OR 1 drop each thyme and rosemary essential oil
1 bell pepper
1 lemon, peeled
1/3c sunflower seeds
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 onion or 1 tsp onion powder
Toss by hand to well coat zoodles.
Arrange on parchmemt paper or teflon sheet on dehydrator rack/tray. Dry on lowest setting 6-10 hours. Flip as soon as dry enough and remove teflon sheet. Dry another 6-10 hours. .
Spread with 1. Nothing, just top 2. Simple pesto 3. Simple red sauce. Top with anything you please. I added fresh tomato slices, oyster mushrooms, and broccoli microgreens.
