This 12 minute HIIT @belliconusa Rebounder Ab workout will help to tone and tighten your core in several spots as well as several other muscle groups.
This workout consists of 6 main exercises repeated twice (50 seconds on with 10 second rests): 1 - Ab cradle rocks

My first official Youtube video is up now! This is a yoga headstand practice video I made with several tips for anyone that is working on achieving or improving their headstands. It's a great practice to try when you're looking to strengthen your upper body, core, and quads while also working on your balance. If you're just starting out, I highly recommend using a wall for your own safety and also suggest not to push yourself too much past your comfort zone. Always be in tune with your body as it can vary day to day.

First day trying out my new @belliconusa rebounder!! Thanks to @divinesuperconductor and @tannyraw for sharing helpful info and videos regarding the many health benefits of rebounding! After doing some research, I decided to get myself one to increase the variety of my workouts.
The benefits of rebounding are vast, but include: lymphatic drainage and boosted immune function, increased bone mass, improved digestion, over twice as effective as running without extra stress on the knees & ankles, stimulates mitochondrial production, improves balance, improved effectiveness in other exercises, increases energy by helping to circulated oxygen throughout the entire body, improves muscle tone, and supports thyroid & adrenals.
My first workout on this rebounder was a lot of fun! It really got my heart rate pumping and sweat flowing! I'm sure I'll post future videos with it as I get used to it and learn more fun moves to share! 😃

How many push-ups can you do in an hour? This was the question I was posed with last night by my friend, Alex. I decided to find out this morning by making this my workout for the day. I gave myself a variety of push-ups to do to keep it fun and to focus on different muscles. My total came to 340! Wow, I'm impressed with myself because I never count them when I do them in my HIIT workouts. This was a lot of fun to do, thanks for the challenge, Alex!

Wheel Walk-Ups

I had several people recently ask me about the wheel pose and how they could work their way into doing it from the standing up position. I am still working on that myself, but here is something that I learned from @yogisanonymous that can help you to improve your strength so that you can eventually do the wheel pose from standing up.
It helps to use 2 yoga blocks for leverage. If you don't have blocks you could use books or whatever you have around that you could make use of. You could always skip the blocks too. From laying down, you want to life yourself up into wheel pose, then walk your hands up the wall until you are standing. After that, slowly lower yourself backward to the wall and walk your way back down with control. Ease your way out of wheel pose by tucking your chin toward your chest and slowly lower yourself onto your mat one vertebra at a time.
The bridge and wheel pose are both great positions to open your up your heart and hips. They also help to strengthen your legs, improve digestion, calm the mind, and more!
