Today I had a very busy day. I was running around in the house managing little little things. Hence there was a long gap in my meals. By 4 pm I was super hungry and wanted to put some thing in my mouth immediately. And guess what? All fruits had finished!!! So rushed to the market and saw fresh yellow dates. I realised I need something sweet and juicy for immediate satisfaction. So I got some dates, washed them and started munching on them. So delicious and crunchy. Isn't it the best fast food? Best ever snack? .

Inside view of mangosten. This is one of the fruits from our last quiz. It is round in shape, purple in colour is as big as a medium tomato. The skin is thick and hard. Press it with your palms to crack open. Inside the fruit is white in colour and divided into sections and sweet and juicy. It grows in south west India and available in the summer season.

Summers make me lazy specially during the noon time. I don't like making much recipes. For lazy days I simply like to munch on mono fruit bowls.
