Beet hummus
Prep Time 5 min
Servings 10
Ingredients
1 small roasted beet
1 15 ounce can cooked chickpeas (1 ¾ cup), well rinsed and drained
Zest of one large lemon
Juice of 1 small lemon
Pinch sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 large cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tahini
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender (except the olive oil), blend until smooth. Drizzle in the olive oil as the hummus is blending or mixing.
2. Adjust seasonings to taste, add more salt, lemon juice to brighten, or water to thin/adjust the thickness of the hummus.
3. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.

🍪  Замочить киноа,промыть в сите(это так же уберет горьковатый привкус)

🍪  Варить киноа минут 10,вере время слить воду.Ну или использовать уже отваренную крупу.

🍪 Смешать с заранее замоченными семенами амаранта(у меня 4 чайн.ложки с горкой на стакан варёной киноа)
.
🍪 Добавить тертые морковь,яблоко, размятый вилкой банан.Связующими компонентами для формирования печенья служат именно яблочное пюре и банан.
.
🍪 Добавить немного любой муки(у меня ц/зернов.пшеничная), немного кокосового масла,ванили,сахар если вам нужно-это не обязательно(банан и яблоко формируют и без того сладкий вкус)
.
🍪 Сформировать печенье и запекать 35-40минут при 180С.Печенье будет влажновтым, дать остыть.

Favourite 'dinner' for so long I cannot even remember: avo & tomatoes base to which I add cucs/bell peppers and that's it.

Juices for tomorrow and dinner prep. 🌱Green is pure celery and 🍷red juice is carrots, beet, celery, pear, ginger, turmeric and chia seeds.
By infusing your body with lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, solid and liquids (smoothies and juices) you're helping your body to remove toxins which in turn fires up your calorie-burning system. Toxins interfere with weight loss because your body won't let go of fat cells unless there are enough antioxidants to bind them up so that the toxins being released don't damage delicate tissues and organs. 💁🏻An easy way to fill your body with rich nutrients would be having juices because it's much more easily absorbed by your body more so than if you were to chew your food. You absorb a greater amount of the nutrients from the juices and smoothies than if you were to eat it in its whole form, although it is important to have a high fibre diet. Furthermore, having a diet that is rich in antioxidants will keep you youthful and it will enable you to age gracefully because toxins contribute to the aging process. •The trio is fed 2x a day due to active lifestyle, weight management, and the way they eat; fast. •Today, we were busy so I'm feeding them once a day. My favorite thing about raw feeding; self-customization. •
•Bowls are the same, altered quantity due to weight/size difference. •
•I generally don't feed more the 3 proteins at a feeding. But they fast tomorrow. So, there's that. •
•Garlic is added a few times a month. Pls do not ask for advice on feeding garlic. It's a tricky supplement 😆

Melons!!! When they are in season and at their peak of ripeness, I can eat an entire melon in one sitting. It's a mini #monomeal that is easy to digest and a great way to boost my energy during a hot summer day. Melons are very alkalizing and high in electrolytes. Their high water content makes them helpful for kidney and liver issues in particular. ⠀
