Need a quick snack? These energy balls taste like chocolate cookie dough and are completely healthy and raw!

Start with blending:
1/2 cup oats,
1/2 cup walnuts (or other nuts you like),
2 tbsp flax seeds,
2 tbsp raw cacao powder,
1/2 tsp cinnamon
in a food processor until it’s all combined (like four). Then add
a big tbsp of peanut putter and
10 medjoul dates
(plus some cacao nibs for extra crunch).
Blend it again until it has a sticky consistency. Just roll about 12 balls and cover them in coconut flakes, hemp seeds, cacao powder or anything you like (sesame, berry powder...)
If you try one, I promise you can’t get enough 😄. But luckily they are super healthy and provide many minerals and the good types of fat. ❤️
