If you don't enjoy LEG day then you really need to rethink your outlook on life. And if you don't rock SILKIES on LEG day then we can't be friends. Hit some variations of SQUATS this morning. Definitely got in a solid work out. Still not where I was pre-vacation but slowly getting there. I'll continue to grind & finish this cut. Then it'll be back to adding on more mass.
