So fucken happy with today! Finally got my birthday workout in 4 days after my actual b-day lol Decided to hit the gym with no scheduled program just hit what I felt like hitting lol Finally got to use the Duffalo bar and I love it!!!💪🏾Felt so bloated from the alcohol but the come back is better than the set back

#transformationtuesday so here is something I never really told anyone after I thought being 283lbs was my heaviest well I let myself go again and got to 295lbs and I never really liked to admit it cuz I was ashamed of myself for getting so big again well I did weigh in at new low of 237lbs at my last meet and I'm done with the excuses of why I haven't hit my goal weight of 200lbs(the reason why I started this journey) Still have my inner demons and sometimes I can't even look in the mirror cuz I'm ashamed of myself but I'm working on it and I will be competing at 220's in august so it's motivation to help me reach my goal! #RangelStrength #TeamKeepGrindingStayHumble #RememberWhyYouStarted #GetYourSelfAPowerLifter

People want to think I'm cocky or full of myself. I'm just getting more confident about my own body image which I've struggled with my entire life growing up as a morbidly obese child. It took me years to get to this point and I'm still not satisfied. Always know how far you've come but never lose sight of far you can go.
