I love places that make you realize how tiny you and your problems are ❤️ _____________ I'm a big city girl. Born and grew up in Jakarta (Indonesia), went a trip to the nature was indeed a privileged.
Then I moved to this Evergreen State on 2008, which basically nature is part of lifestyle.
It's nice living in Kitsap county. It only takes 10-15 mins from where I live to enjoy the Illahee State Park, or some walking trails. Two hours to Olympic National Park, and also two hours to Mount Rainier National Park.
And if I miss a big city vibe, it's only an hour to Seattle.
As much as I'm not in love with this country yet, I'm blessed at least I enjoy where I live at.
I am still completely elated that we summited Mount Rainier the other morning. With only 50% of attempts ending in a successful summit, I feel incredibly fortune for the absolutely perfect conditions that we had. I conquered some major fears as well... have you ever jumped or walked on a latter over a crevasse? It is kind of terrifying, especially if you're afraid of heights! This is an experience I'll never forget and I am totally inspired by my fellow BADASS ladies that conquered this mountain with me, and the rad guides that showed us the ropes (pun intended ☺️). This was a major bucket list item that I got to cross off the list and I think my love affair and appreciation for the mountains grew ten fold. 💙 Photo cred: @chelsea.anastasia #mountrainier#rainiernationalpark#mrnp#mountrainiernps#rainiersummit#summitrainierlikeagirl#summit#volcano#letscamp#pnwonderland#pnwcollective#wildernessbabes
