Watching Tokyo Drift!
This movie brings back a lot of memories for those of you that have known me since I was very young, know I'm a Gear Head! 🏎💨🔥💥 I used to race all of my Acura, Hondas & let's not forget my old Toyota Supra! Years of working in speed shops and learning how to take apart the head & block of an engine was pretty kool at the age of 16, I gained so much experience thanks to the Asians that taught me! I literally had a different car every few months. Lol
I remember asking why would they order me a VTEC engine when I asked for a GSR engine with the only serious look on my face as I stood there wearing a Hello Kitty T-Shirt. Who does that?! 😂
I remember racing and beating my opponent without even having the nitrous oxide connected.
Super happy that day!
I remember blowing my engine and frying my pistons when learning how to race. Going thru tires when learning how to drift years before this movie came out. I later learned that my Supra was too heavy to even change the modifications in my car to improve its speed and traction! How can I forget in my high school years watching option videos from Japan with all of my friends!
Import Tuner, Super Street, Sports Compact Car and Car & Driver.
Races attended to:
Moroso Palm Beach International Raceway in FL, Sema Vegas, El Malecon in Washington Heights in NYC behind GW HS racing on the low! English Town in NJ Imports vs US and Honda Day, Atco Dragway in NJ!
I wasn't at home all day on my play station playing Grand Turismo. 🎮
Then people question me on my knowledge of cars because I'm a woman.
Put that in your pipe and smoke it! ☺️
