Good morning lovely people... and good morning rainy Monday ☺️ One of the things I missed the most- are my smoothie and breakfast protein puddings 🤤 Therefore, today I made 👇🏼 Vanilla berry breakfast pudding 200g @alpro unsweetened almond milk 3tbsp @thechiaco chia seeds 30g oats 1tsp @linwoodshealthfoods ground flax seeds Couple drops of vanilla extract and stevia from @nicks_to_sugar Mix all in the container with lid and place on the fridge overnight. Or preferably at least couple hours.
