FRIDAY workout 🙌🏼 It was a busy one at the gym but a bit of space was all we needed to get sweaty. 🔥Bench Side Steps, Box Jump Burpee, Deadlift Burpee, KB Swings. 40 secs on, 20 secs off. 25 minutes🔥
Weights are great but the bench side steps didn’t need a dumbbell this time. It meant we could move quicker on the bench and complete more reps. .
And whilst I may not be doing this right now, I will most definitely be doing some bodyweight HIIT workouts on a Goan beach. Soz not soz. 🤪
