I’m still adjusting to my new life here but getting the blood pumping helps keep my head straight and to #keeptheinnerpeace. Today, I did a HIIT workout because I just had all the energy in the world when I woke up. This workout was only about 30 minutes long and could have been done inside, outside, in a gym, or in a living room.30 minutes might not seem like much but trust me, it will get your heart rate up and provide you with all the benefits of a gym workout ❤️. Plus, HIIT workouts keep you burning calories all day long!

Every week it is recommended to increase weights, that’s how progress happens 😉 and today I really took that as a Challenge! I was able to increase my weights for every move 💪🏽 and let me just say.. washing my hair was a workout itself 😂 My arms were total noodles haha -
But! That gave me epic confidence by just knowing that I am getting stronger each week with this program 🙌🏽 LOVE IT!! -
