BEAT THE BLOAT 👇🏼⁣

So you’re sick of constantly feeling bloated, right?⁣

I get it, it can be uncomfortable and embarrassing!⁣

Here are 4 tips to reduce bloating:⁣

DITCH THE SUGAR⁣
Sugar directly correlates with gas and bloating. Natural sugar found in fruit is of course ok, but ditch the refined sugars, artificial sweeteners, and high fructose corn syrup. In my opinion refined sugars only hurt our digestive system!⁣

ELIMINATE FOOD INTOLERANCES⁣
Just because your body isn’t allergic to certain foods, doesn’t mean our body can tolerate those foods. When you eat foods your body is intolerant to, it causes gas, bloating, and constipation. (FYI if a food cause severe gas or bloating, you’re likely intolerant to it)! Try an elimination diet to find out which foods your body can handle. ⁣

GET ADEQUATE SLEEP⁣
Aim for at least 7 hours of sleep per night. Not enough sleep can raise cortisol which disturbs our digestive system and in turn leads to bloating and constipation. A lack of sleep also causes us to crave more carbohydrates, which can also lead to bloating! ⁣

DRINK YOUR WATER⁣
Aim for at least 64oz of water per day. Although it seems contradictory, drinking more water helps to reduce water retention! It also helps to reduce constipation, which is a cause of bloating! ⁣

1 year difference and I'm feeling great and loving it. Believe it or not but that right there is a 90 lb differentiation. Like I said guys and girls goals are always achievable and you can always do what you set your mind too.
