It’s really easy to feed yourself quick, grab and go, pre-packaged, convenience style CRAP!
Too harsh?! Not really 🤷🏼♀️ Have you stopped to look at what is in that pre-made Odwalla protein smoothie? Or those 100 calorie packs? Or even a prepackaged chef salad at the store? Probably not; because we trust that when something says “protein” or “low fat” or looks like a salad that it is going to be healthy for us.
I know this because that’s how I lived for YEARS. And I was in the worst shape of my life 😐🤦🏼♀️ I bought into the convenience, because I needed quick solutions, but luckily now my quick grab and go option is:
