What's for dinner? 🍴
I had nothing prepared and very little time so I threw some leftover ingredients into a pan with some minced garlic: basmati rice, BBQ chicken, mushrooms, bell peppers and sweet potato. Added a little bit of BBQ sauce and an avocado 🥑 because I'm obsessed.
